Circa 1970 or 1971. When we found out we weren't really booked at the Old Dutch Tavern in Panama City Beach Florida, we knew that we also didn't have the rooms that were to come with the booking. Not having the money to spare for motel rooms, and having unloaded our gear at the Bahia Beach Party for a weekend gig, we slept in the equipment truck As I remember, our manager, Bobby Gillespie, arranged for a nearby motel to let us "borrow" a room for just long enough each day to take a shower.
